If your character would be publicly known, respond to the public knowledge page.

Next post to

infocards with the following form. Most of this can be copied and pasted from your app. You may wish to supplement the bit at the end about kink preferences with a kink list instead, such as this one. This can also double as a permissions post, contact post for plotting, and place to warn others about any sensitive content your character might discuss.

The above may be public or members locked as you choose. The advantage to having it be public is that potential applicants can read your AU history without having to ask you directly; the disadvantage is that your contact information, parts of your application, and your kink preferences will be public as well.
